Since Stephen Moffat has taken over the reigns of Doctor Who we’ve seen the creation of a new race of supersized Daleks – and the announcement that the Daleks are going to be retired for a while.
What went wrong? Have they really been retired due to being “the most reliably defeatable enemies in the universe”, as Stephen Moffat claims… or is it just that the new models are less reliable than the old ones, and more likely to break down?
